Flavours

The following flavours can be made into a cake or a filling.  You can select any number of cake and filling combinations to make your cake as memorable as it is delicious.  The choice is yours.  From pure cocoa or chocolate, to Madagascar vanilla and fresh juices, only amazing ingredients are used.  In the summer, you can even have fresh Ontario fruits and berries, sometimes hand-picked by me and my family.

And when it comes to filling you have even more choices. Choose a simple buttercream.  Or perhaps a custard?  You can choose any of the flavours for them.  How about whipped cream with fresh fruit during the summer months?  Maybe a decadent ganache?  I'll tell you Baskin Robins has nothing on me with so many flavours to make your dream cake.
